I know it is waste of the time to know about 1 and 1 because Godaddy is best in every field of domain but you must know about my experience on 1 and 1. Price of 1 and 1 domains is less than that that of Godaddy. I hate 1 and 1.
Why I hate 1 and 1?
About a few months ago, I purchased 2 domain name from 1 and 1 i.e., HackingnCracking.Com and HackingnCracking.Info. They charged my debit card for these two domains. I also received an E-mail in which they asked me to wait for next domain registration confirmation E-mail but I didn’t receive any Confirmation E-mail . My English speaking is not better so I faced many problems while contacting them. One of their team members asked me my account details then he told me this issue will be resolved by 1 and 1 security department. After that I received an E-mail from their security department in which they asked me to verify identity. I sent them my scanned ID Card for this purpose. They sent me two E-mails of domain name registration. A few days later they sent me an E-mail in which they asked me to pay $5 again for these domains. As I said they had already been charged my debit card for these two domains. They sent the same unpaid invoice E-mail many times. Then, I understood that 1 and 1 department is only a fuck.
One day, my friend Aein Abbass (also a blogger and have many websites) asked me to buy a domain name channelshia.com from 1 and 1 , I told him about their fucking service but he didn’t accept. I created a new account of 1 and 1 and purchased channelshia.com using my debit card that I was also used before this on my other 1 and 1 account. They charged my debit card for this purchase but didn’t send me any Domain Registration E-mail. I asked my friend Aein Abbass to contact them through E-mail. He contacted them, they told him that there is an invoice of $5 that is in pending, clear that invoice then contact them. As a result, my $7 was wasted and I didn’t received any domain.
